The short video clip shows a breathless woman lying down while her feet are bind by elecrtic fan cord. The girl was seen on apartment last August 17, 2016 near the living room in Purok Narra Tagum City at 3pm. According to the owner of video, the girl is allegedly taken advantage due to its obvious physical appearances on the scene.
The viral video was sent by George Pangandoyon in the famous fan page of pinoy videos. Netizens are asking for the human rights to investigate such unacceptable attitude. The also hope that this kinds of incidents should be prioritize by them and not the protection of bad people who are taken down by vigilante groups.
